New Visions

This project in the Quakertown area proved to be quite challenging, as the entire shed roof constructed out of trusses had to be removed without disrupting or damaging the ceilings and walls of the kitchen and living space in the room below. Keeping in all of the blown-in insulation was also a task, as high winds were prevalent every day at this location. Timbertek composite decking and railing systems help to showcase this unique transformation.

The old screened-in porch was removed from the rear of this Cape Cod in Hatboro to make way for this new sunroom addition featuring vaulted ceilings, thermostatically controlled electric heat, and plenty of large casements to let the sunshine in. Icing the cake was the addition of a large wrap-around Timbertek composite deck.
