New Visions

Overlooking Spring Mountain ski slope in Schwenksville, PA, this 150-year-old home was completely restored on the exterior. Even the wooded corner street name signs mounted on the second floor were reproduced to retain its mountain lodge appeal. Inside, all the modern amenities were added, from central air conditioning to an automatic propane peninsula fireplace to a custom-made mahogany bar in the basement, turning this "Amityville Horror" into a comfortable and charming home.

There are many old farmhouses and barns still standing in the United States, such as these two (the first of which is on the same property as the house above). New Visions takes pride in restoring these structures, helping to preserve our country's heritage.
